About the role
The Branch Manager leads and oversees all branch operations to achieve operational excellence, business growth, and financial performance. The role drives branch loan and remittance targets, leads client onboarding and loan appraisal, ensures accurate capture of customer information in the system, and maintains high standards of customer service. The Branch Manager directly supervises the branch’s Loan Officers and Sales/Client Acquisition Officers, reports to the Operations Manager, and coordinates with the collections team on handover of overdue accounts while remaining accountable for branch origination quality, growth, and service.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
