About the role
The Capacity Development & MEAL Manager will lead the Capacity Building, & MEAL Department at Dhaxalreeb Center for Leadership Development, providing strategic leadership in planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and improving capacity development programmes. The role also oversees the organization's Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) systems to ensure quality programming and evidence-based decision-making.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Master's preferred
