About the role
CARE International in Somalia/Somaliland seeks an individual consultant to develop a practical, reliable, and regularly updated dashboard for the SAMIR Fund. The dashboard will track fund capitalization, loan uptake, repayment performance, portfolio risk, beneficiary reach, inclusion outcomes, and investment-readiness indicators. It should be a management and decision-support system maintainable by MEAL, programme, and finance staff.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in data science, information systems, computer science, software engineering, statistics, economics, business analytics or related field.
