About the role

The Office Operational Driver Support is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services for staff, visitors, and organizational goods while supporting the day-to-day operational, administrative, procurement, and logistics functions of the organization. The position ensures assigned vehicles are maintained in good working condition, all vehicle records are properly completed, and transportation services are delivered efficiently in accordance with organizational policies and traffic regulations.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills

• Excellent driving and defensive driving skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to field locations.
• Ability to work outside normal office hours when operationally required.
