About the role
The Head of the Project Unit (HPU) is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, supervising and closing all projects in Somalia under the Peace and Security Cluster (PSC). The HPU works closely with the United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS) to deliver mine action and explosive hazard management services. The role involves project implementation planning, delivery, leadership, stakeholder management, and knowledge management.
Education
Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in project management, business administration, international relations, or related field.
