About the role
The ICCM Nurse Supervisor oversees implementation and quality of Integrated Community Case Management (ICCM) services in Wanlaweyn district. The role provides technical supervision and mentorship to Community Health Workers, Community Volunteers, and Auxiliary Nurses to ensure effective management of common childhood illnesses, timely referrals, community health promotion, immunization support, and disease surveillance. Responsibilities include data management, reporting, supply chain monitoring, vaccine management, and sharing program performance information with the Health and Nutrition Officer.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Public Health, or a related health field.
