About the role
The Liaison and Administration Officer will serve as the key link between HALO and local communities in Puntland. The successful candidate will support community engagement, administration, security monitoring, staff management, and logistics functions to facilitate the successful implementation of HALO operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
