RMF Program Assistant

About the role

To contribute to Save the Children’s capacity to meet its regional migration fund response and cross-border infrastructure implementation in Togwajale under Hargeisa district of Somaliland, through facilitating and coordinating the day-to-day RMF program implementation and managing community engagement activities to ensure efficient and effective sensitisation, mobilisation and participation of the targeted communities and other stakeholders of the RMF project in Togwajale.

Education

Diploma of Social Science

Skills

• Experience in community mobilization/stakeholder engagement/ case management and relationship techniques.
• Good verbal and written communication and relationship building skills.
• Basic knowledge of project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Good understanding in local language and culture practises.
• Basic understanding of child right frameworks.
• Computer skills (desirable)
• Reporting skills (desirable)
• Water and livelihood infrastructures and their O&Ms (desirable)
• Communication skills (desirable)
