About the role
The Senior Country Office (CO) MEAL Manager oversees the effectiveness of the country-level Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system, including knowledge management and overall program quality. The role supports business development and evidence-based advocacy, while providing leadership to the Program Quality, Development, and Learning (PQDL) team. This position drives the rollout and implementation of MEAL systems and procedures across the Country Office, promoting cross-project learning, strengthening accountability, and building MEAL staff capacity.
Education
Master’s in development studies, Economics or other relevant Social Science
