About the role
The VAM Officer will lead and manage the generation of evidence base supporting food security and nutrition analysis and programmes, including assessments, targeting, GIS mapping, and capacity building. The role involves coordinating with partners, supervising staff, and ensuring effective programme implementation.
Education
Advanced university degree in economics, nutrition/health, social sciences, statistics, agricultural economics, business administration, or international development; OR first university degree with additional years of related work experience.
Skills
- Solid understanding of nutrition in emergencies.
- Knowledge of social protection, safety nets and human capital development.
- Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills.
