What data you may submit

To use ShaqoSmart's tools, you may choose to submit text such as:

• CVs, work history, and skills
• Job descriptions and vacancy text
• Tender documents and company profiles
• Candidate lists and application details

You decide what to share. Please do not upload sensitive documents — such as national ID numbers, financial account details, or confidential third-party data — unless it is truly necessary for the task.

How your text is used

The text you submit is sent securely to an AI model to generate the output you asked for — a CV, a checklist, a ranking, and so on. The AI processes your text only to produce that result. We do not sell your information.

How we protect API access

All AI requests are handled by ShaqoSmart's own servers. API keys are never exposed to users or stored in the app on your device. Your browser never holds the credentials used to reach the AI provider.

Usage logs

To keep the service secure and to improve it, ShaqoSmart may keep basic usage logs — for example which feature was used, the date, and whether the request succeeded. These logs help us prevent abuse and fix problems. We aim to keep logs minimal.

Your choices

• You can use the tools without creating a permanent record of your documents.
• You can review and edit every AI output before you use it.
• You can contact us to ask about the data associated with your account.
