The Civic Engagement Facility (CEF), supported by Denmark, is seeking innovative concept notes for safe and inclusive digital civic engagement in Somaliland. The initiative aims to expand meaningful participation in digital and hybrid civic spaces, promote information integrity and online safety, support women, youth, and marginalized groups, address misinformation and online gender-based violence, and strengthen collaboration among civic actors, media, digital influencers, diaspora networks, private sector, and public institutions.
