The Adaptive Agriculture and Rangeland Rehabilitation (A2R2) Project, financed by IFAD and implemented by SADAR Development and Resilient Institute, seeks consultancy services to assess biodiversity impacts of project interventions, quantify biodiversity intactness, analyze land use/land cover changes, identify biodiversity hotspots, evaluate ecosystem service benefits, and estimate GHG emissions and carbon balance using the EX-ACT Carbon Balance Tool. The project operates in seven high-priority districts in Somalia and aims to benefit approximately 72,000 households.
