The Adaptive Agriculture and Rangeland Rehabilitation (A2R2) Project aims to build climate resilience, enhance agricultural productivity, and restore degraded rangelands across arid and semi-arid regions of Somalia. The project is implemented in partnership with IFAD, GEF, and GAFSP. The consulting services will develop Local Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plans (LBSAP) for three Federal Member States: Galmudug, Hirshabelle, and Southwest. The assignment includes assessing biodiversity status, identifying threats, defining strategic priorities, developing costed action plans, and establishing M&E frameworks aligned with national policies and CBD commitments.
