The Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation of the Federal Government of Somalia, under the Rural Livelihoods Resilience Program (RLRP), invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of greenhouses with irrigation networks and supply of agri-inputs (seeds and pest management kits) in Jubaland and Southwest states. The program aims to sustainably increase productivity, incomes, and nutrition security while enhancing resilience of rural smallholder families. The tender is financed by IFAD and is open to eligible bidders through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
