ShaqoSmart provides AI-assisted content — drafts of CVs, cover letters, tender guidance, checklists, job descriptions, candidate rankings, and related tools. These outputs are a starting point to help you prepare, not a finished or guaranteed result.

Review before you use outputs

You must review every output before submitting a job application, a tender bid, or any recruitment decision. AI can make mistakes or miss context. The final document is your responsibility.

No guarantee of outcomes

ShaqoSmart does not guarantee employment, tender award, shortlisting, or any specific recruitment outcome. We help you prepare better — the decision always rests with employers, buyers, and you.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
• You should not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content.
• You should not upload confidential information you are not allowed to share.

Employers and fair recruitment

Employers using ShaqoSmart's ranking and shortlisting tools are responsible for fair, lawful recruitment decisions. Ranking outputs are decision support — they assist human judgment and must not be the sole basis for hiring.

Changes to the service

ShaqoSmart may add, change, or remove features over time as the platform improves. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
